Campus Map (MIWA Campus)


C. Auditorium (体育館)

It’s equipped with movable spectator stands which allows for it to be used for a variety of purposes. Also, it’s fully prepared for disasters. It has an earthquake-resistant structure that can withstand a seismic intensity 7-level quake. This building also includes a training gym and meeting rooms.

C. Training Gym (トレーニング室)

With a variety of training equipment available, this gym can be used by people who’ve attended an orientation session.

D. Psychology Clinic (心理臨床センター)

It is an institute providing clinical psychology education & research and training to become clinical psychologists. In addition, they run consultations to contribute to maintaining, promoting, and supporting mental health in the community.

E. Student counselling room (学生相談室)

Students can come for various discussions about student life with clinical psychologists and/or Tokiwa lecturers.

E. Nurse's office (保健室)

Come here for first aid, health counselling, and student counselling.

E. Book store (ブックセンター)

They have a wide selection of books and can also order books for you. They also have stationaries and such available for you.

F. The Learning Commons (T-LECO) 【ラーニング?コモンズ(T-LECO)】

It was created as a facility where students can learn more independently. The open area is furnished with movable desks and chairs, allowing students to actively and freely learn from each other through discussions and group work. Of course, there are also individual study spaces.

H. Lecture theatre (大講義室)

A large lecture theatre with a capacity of 340 people. In addition to classes, external lectures and other events are held here.

I. Animal psychology experimental building
(動物心理学実験棟)

This building was established to conduct animal psychology experiments as part of human science research and to deepen understanding of sensory, perceptual, and learning abilities. There are labs for each type of animal, and the experimental control room and data processing room are equipped with personal computers for analysis.

L. Student Cafeteria(学生食堂)

The largest cafeteria on campus! It boasts a capacity of 516 seats and a wide variety of reasonably priced and mouth-watering menus.
Has high ceilings, stylish counter seating and terrace-style second-floor seating. Wi-fi is available so students can study in an open, relaxed atmosphere.

L. Convenience store (コンビニエンスストア)

Family Mart is located next to the cafeteria and has an array of foods and snacks available along with stationaries and supplies.

N. Plaza (プラザ)

It is an area with Wi-Fi and four vending machines. Students can rest here and as it is located next to L cafeteria, the convenience is top-notch.

Q. International Exchange and Language Learning Centre (国際交流語学学習センター)

It is the core centre for the internationalization of Tokiwa University and promotes international exchange through exchange programs with partner universities and exchange activities with international students. In addition, native-speaking staff members are stationed at the centre to provide support for language learning.

Q. Library (図書館)

4 floors housing approximately 380,000 books, newspapers, journals, and other materials. Includes collaborative study rooms for students to study in groups.

Q. Cafeteria (カフェテリア)

Students can freely eat and talk with friends. Wi-fi is also available so students can study.

Qs. Media and Information Technology Center
(情報メディアセンター)

Self-study rooms with computers are available for individuals and small groups to use.
The Media Center has a collection of about 14,000 movie DVDs, VHS, and CDs. There are booths where you can watch and listen to these titles.

S. Main building【本部棟(事務棟)】

Responsible for the administration and management of the entire school.

S. Student support centre (学生支援センター)

Staff are open to chat about any aspects of study and student life. A wide range of consultations are available.

T. Tokiwa Hall (学生ホール)

TOKIWA Hall is a large, spacious circular space. With a central stage and a total of 264 tables and chairs on the first and second floors, the hall is a popular place for students to relax and enjoy campus life. The hall, filled with sunlight from the windows, is also used as a cafeteria, where a menu of mainly Western dishes is popular.

T. Judo / Kendo Dojo (柔剣道場)

As the name suggests, a dojo for judo and kendo.

T. Career center (キャリア支援センター)

Staff with a wealth of knowledge and skills manage employment seminars, correct resumes and entry sheets, and provide interview guidance.

U. Admission centre (アドミッションセンター)

In charge of supporting students through events such as open campuses and entrance examinations. They also do consultations and make pamphlets and publications for prospective students.

NEW!! B building (新B棟)

The new building is exclusively for the Department of Health and Nutrition, Faculty of Human Sciences.
It has a shared student hall and two large classrooms on the first floor. Laboratories, study rooms, and lecture rooms on the second and third floors.

Tokiwa Kindergarten (全国十大赌博官网幼稚園)

Located adjacent to the main building, there is a kindergarten on this campus!
It also serves as an educational training site for students of the Department of Early Childhood Education and Care.

SC. Sakura-no-maki Campus (桜の郷キャンパス)

This campus is dedicated to the School of Nursing and is located on the grounds of the NHO Mito Medical Center. It offers a well-equipped environment in collaboration with the hospital.
